This document provides a description of specific Arc Suite user rights, as well as the scope of the processing associated with each.

This information can be useful in determining the impact of a change by identifying output that may need to be regenerated after a change is made. |

You specify property overwrite options for a given complex through various settings on the “Class Information Load Options” page. Inbound data is placed in a temporary “staging” area, where you can review information for each fund included in the load (i.e., how many balances will be imported, how many new securities are in the load, how many existing securities will have their values updated and the number of errors/warnings, if any). You can then decide to either accept the staged data (load it into the database) or reject it (remove it from the load queue, such that it cannot enter the database) via the “Holdings Load Preview” page. |

The image library itself is associated with a specified production team, such that only members of that team have access to its contents. You can also add, update and delete specific images in existing libraries from this page. A listing of the names and descriptions of images in any given library can be exported in various file formats from this page, as well. |
