Managing Project Templates

Intro

Project templates define the fund(s) for which a given project reports and what specific content will display in the project for the various types of items (e.g., images, text snippets, portfolio statements, tables, etc.) defined in its associated document structure template(s).

You can also specify which types of output (e.g., PDF, Word, Excel, N-MFP (XML), etc.) are supported for projects based on any given template.

If there are one or more specific procedures that should be followed for projects based on a given template, you can make them available to individuals who work on the project(s) by attaching them to the project template.
